An accomplished and experienced swimmer of 14 years, armed with unparalleled swimming technical knowledge and trained by some of the best coaches in the world, let me help you get swimming fast with my coaching program! LEARN TO SWIM: For new swimmers (ages 9 and up), let me introduce you to water safety and basic swimming strokes and techniques with my highly structured, methodical and progressive program, curated by an ex-national swimmer. Emphasis is on water safety and confidence and getting you swimming confidently and safely. COMPETITIVE SWIMMING: Improve your technique, fix stroke issues, train and learn from a multiple school, college and national level medalist and regional champion. TRIATHLON SWIMMING: Train to be a top-tier triathlete. Complete sets that push you to your limit, preparing your body for the physical demands of triathlons. Fees (4-lesson package, lesson-to-lesson there after): 45 min 1 to 1 lesson: $85 per lesson 1 hr 1 to 1 lesson: $95 per lesson Contact: 209 641 2691 sfswim.lukas@gmail.com Details: - Classes are billed on a monthly basis (4-lesson cycle). After the first cycle, lessons are billed by lesson. - Classes can only be held at your personal pool or any pool you have access to at this time. - Public pools cannot be utilized at this time I'm afraid due to SF Park and Rec policies.
